Clean, comfortable lobby and very inviting.
Upon entering the hotel, the feeling was friendly, warm and comfortable. The desk clerk was very informative as to the services in the area.

Very clean room, it smelled wonderful!
No lattes.
The hotel was under construction, so some areas did not get a high rating. I felt the room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in! Beautiful walking trails right outside the door!
